The Vendor Process

  • Approved vendors will receive an acceptance email and payment instructions.
  • Once payment is secured, vendors officially lock in their spot for the event and our vendor promise email gets sent.
  • A confirmation email with vendor setup details, parking info, and event timeline will be sent closer to the event.

Unlike other events, I personally make sure every vendor gets social media spotlights, DAY OF event photography and videography and promotional support before the event to help boost visibility and sales.
