These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in events organized by Emmy + Co. Events ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering as a vendor, sponsor, or attendee, you agree to comply with these Terms.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an event is canceled by Emmy + Co. Events, vendors and sponsors may receive a credit for a future event.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
3. Liability & Responsibility
Emmy + Co. Events is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Vendors and sponsors must carry their own liability insurance if required.
Vendors are responsible for complying with local laws, permits, and health regulations.
4. Marketing & Promotions
By participating, you grant us permission to use your business name, logo, and images of your booth for promotional purposes.
Sponsors and vendors may not claim endorsement by Emmy + Co. Events unless explicitly agreed upon.
5. Attendee Conduct
All attendees must follow event rules and behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, and other guests.
We reserve the right to remove any individual or vendor who violates these terms.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
